Steven’s Wok – Damansara Utama Uptown Food Court
Fried Ee Mee, Cantonese Style.............................Steven's Wok Stall number 1098
Steven’s wok (stall number 1098) is located next to Ah Keong Yong Tau Foo (My post Ah Keong Yong Tau Foo)
The dishes available here are Fried Ee Mee, Wat Tan hor, Fried Kueh Teow, Fried Bihun, Fried Rce, Fried chili lala, Chili Balitong, Chili Prawns, Chili Sotong (squid) and also Fried Fish.
I ordered the Ee Mee, Cantonese style (RM5.00). It was served with generous amount of vegetables, sotong(squid), chicken meat and prawns. However it was not salty enough but it is ok if you eat it with the chili padi (spicy bird eye chili) in soya sauce. I saw many people ordering the balitong (a type of shell fish that you have to suck out the flesh). Maybe I will be back here to try it out
