Steamboat Dipping Sauce for Chinese New Year Reunion Steamboat Dinner

I guess everyone would be busy preparing to welcome the year of the Ox. Families would gather around this time of the year for steamboat reunion dinner. This is one of my favourite dipping sauce recipes and it is great companion for Steamboat. Enjoy it! Ingredients Oyster Sauce, 3 table spoons Garlic, 1 bulb, chopped finely Bird Eye Chili (Cili Padi), 5 pcs, chopped finely Light Soya Sauce, 5 table spoon Lime, 2 pcs, remove seeds and use the juice Sugar, 1/3 teaspoon Mix all the ingredients together and stir until well mix.   12. Mine is totally different. All the sweet sauce cooked with some chicken fat and ginger strips. Boy! It's gonna be a fattening period for me.. haha :P
