This is one of my favourite Sin Guan Hoe and I would buy a few packs whenever I visit Kuantan. Biskut Kelapa (coconut biscuit) is produced by Mun Heng Bakery. The main ingredients are wheat flour, sugar, vegetable oil, sesame seed and coconut. I have never visited the bakery but from the texture and nice aromatic taste, it looks like the biscuit is baked using traditional oven. I bought the biscuit from one of Sin Kee Hung outlets which sells all kinds of dried seafood products. It cost RM4 (USD 0.90) per packet of 300 gms. The coconut biscuit is very crunchy, fresh and tasty. It goes along well with my cuppa of “kopi o” (black coffee).

ReplyDeleteI tried this before. It tastes good. I noticed your blog has lots of recipes and food recommendations. I would like to suggest to have some reviews for kitchen painting services. Some of us are really looking for a responsible and capable company.
ReplyDeleteI was in Sungai Limbing in 2007. The coconut ciscuit indeed very tasty 😋 and crunchy. Forget the price. Baker bakes for you there and then. great. !
