Spicy Dried Coarse Chilli Prawns with Long Beans Recipe

Although there are many ways to cook prawns, I like my Prawns dish to be spicy. I came across dried coarse chilly powder(serbuk cili kering kasar) at the Hypermarket and bought a packet to try it out. Coarse dried chilli powder have more kick than fine powdered ones.
I tried cooking the prawns that I have in my freezer with the coarse chilly and the dish turned out quite nice. To give the dish some crunchiness, I added in long beans to it.

Ingredients
Prawns, 10 pcs
Coarse dried chilli powder, 3 tablespoons
Long Beans, 3 pcs, cut into 1" length
Light Soya Sauce, 2 tablespoons
Sugar, 1 tablespoon
Vegetable oil, 2 tablespoons
Shallots, 3 pcs, cut into thin slices

Heat up wok and add in the vegetable oil. Saute shallots and dried coarse chilli powder until fragrant. Add in long beans and light soya sauce. Fry for a short while. Put in the prawns and fry until the prawns are cooked. Then put in the sugar and continue frying until the sugar melts. Serve while still hot!
