My friend, Tham recommended to me this Fried Tang Hoon (Tung Fan) stall. Stall number 8 (lucky number) is located in SS2, Petaling Jaya food court. This stall sells fried tung fan, fried kueh teow and fried rice. The
Fried Tung Fan is served with generous amount of prawns and Chinese sausage (lap cheong). The aroma!, wow!.....very nice. I think this is one of the best Fried Tung Fan I can find in KL. The taugeh is crunchy and the taste of kuchai (Chinese chives) with the springy tung fan is fantastic. “Si Tau”, chow tung fan tor yat tip! (Boss, add one more plate of fried tung fan, please).
Stall number 8..........................................................Yummy Fried Tung Fan
For dessert, I had Leng Chi Kang from stall number 4.

ReplyDeleteFried tung fan is indeed hard to find; most of the time it's either too oily or just plain bland and soggy:p
Here, they fry it fried sharks' fins style and it's very nice. Ummm...must try one of these days.
