Simple Recipe – Steamed Cod Fish with Tofu
Cod fish is tasty and has a lot of fish oil. My friend Amy taught me this recipe. Cod fish and tofu are very good healthy combination.
Ingredients
Cod Fish, 1 cut
Soft tofu, 4 pcs
Carrot, Cut into strips
Tomato, 1 pc, cut into four
Ginger, 1”x2”x1”, cut into small strips and fried until golden brown
Garlic, 5pcs, chopped into small pieces and fried until golden brown
Soya Sauce, 4 table spoons
Place cod fish on top of the tofu. Then add in the carrot, soya sauce and tomato. Steam it for 20 minutes. Garnish with ginger and garlic. You can add spring onions too if you want to.

Looks delicious. I dun really like steamed fish however and try to avoid ordering one if I go to restaurant, cuz sometimes, the steam fish still got fishy smell. :-(
Cleff : If you r worried abt the fish smell, try to stick to ordering soon hock, cod, red snapper and garoupa. But these fish r very expensive lorr but no fishy smell.
