Restoran (Restaurant) Ayam Bing, Taman Sri Rampai, Setapak, KL
After our early morning appointment in Kompleks Antarabangsa, my business partner and I decided to go to Sang Kee, Kg Pandan to eat the Pork Ball Mee. Unfortunately, Sang Kee was closed, so we hopped over to Tesco Ampang to eat the mee rebus (local Malay spicy noodles) atRestoran Nasi Kandar Che Abang Kepala Batas. What luck, the mee rebus is not ready yet, because it is not yet buka puasa time.
We were determined to have some good lunch since we are alrealy in this area. So, next stop, we went over to Taman Sri Rampai to eat at Restoran Ayam Bing. The name Bing reminds me of the famous actor Bing Crosby! LOL!
It was early, so there were not many customers around. My business partner ordered roast pork with rice and I went for roast chicken with roast pork. The total cost came up to be RM9.00.
The roast pork in this restaurant is very nice and crispy; almost compatible with the famous one in Wong Kee Pudu. The roast chicken tasted ok and it goes well with the spicy, sour and sweet chilli sauce. My business partner kept on topping up the chilli sauce in her small saucer! The char siew is quite nice too. This round I gave the char siew a pass. Will be back soon with my family to eat here!

ReplyDeleteWenn : Ya, mine too.
