Simple Tuna Bread Recipe

Tuna bread before and after my son ate it! I made cinnamom bread with the leftover dough!
Actually I was trying to find a shortcut to prepare breakfast, so I thought why not I make a loaf of bread with tuna filling inside. By putting the tuna in the bread, there would be less hassle to serve breakfast early in the morning before my son leaves for school. The portion of ingredients that I originally used allowed me to make 2 loafs tuna bread and one small loaf of cinnamon bread. The recipe below is for one loaf of tuna bread. Ingredients Flour, 4 cups Yeast, 1 teaspoon Butter, 3 table spoons Shortening, 2 tablespoons Salt, 2 teaspoons or to taste Sugar, 2 tablespoons Tuna fish, 1 can Onion, 1 pc, chopped finely Chilly, 1pc, cut into slices Add yeast, butter, shortening, salt and sugar to flour. Pour in a little water and knead until all the ingredients are well mixed. Leave the dough aside for around 3 hours. Put one portion of dough into your baking pan and make it leveled. Pour the tuna fish, onion and chilly mixture over the dough. Then cover the top with the leftover dough. Let it proof for around half and hour or more if you want the bread to be fluffier. Brush the top with eggs and bake in preheated oven at 180 Dec C for 20 to 25 minutes. Serve while still hot!
