Quickie Fried Maggi Mee Recipe

Sometimes whenever it is too late to go out for supper, I would cook Fried Maggi mee for my kids. I don’t really like to let them eat too much artificial flavours so I only use very little of the flavouring powder provider in the packet. Ingredients One packet of Maggi Mee Garlic, 3 pcs, chopped finely Maggi Mee, blanced in hot water until it turned soft Egg, 1 pc A little flavouring powdered stock (Comes with the instant noodles) Dark soya sauce, 1/3 teaspoon Light soya sauce, 1/3 teaspoon Sautéed garlic in a little hot oil until fragrant. Add in the mee and fry for a short while. Add a little more oil and then put in the egg. Add dark and light soya sauce. Then add the favouring. Garnish with spring onions and serve. 1. Eh? Your maggie goreng looks quite dark wan! I make this often at home...cuz easy and fast to cook. I throw all the curry flavouring inside when I fry, and the maggie looks like those mamak ones! LMAO.

If put some meat or prawns, the taste will be better oso leh, Pete. Maybe next time you can put it in, I bet your kids will polish em off in seconds!

  3. that reminded me of how my parents used to forbid me to put only half of the packet. however, i would definitely throw in the whole packet when they are not looking. :p
