I had some tong sui in
Cottage Fresh Cafe recently. This restaurant is located in the NuiXeZui Commercial Centre. It has a nice interior setting and I feel very cozy here. I ordered
tau fu fah (soft bean curd, RM2.50),
bubur cha cha (sweet potatoes with coconut milk, RM3.60) and
chye kuih (they call it vegebox here, RM3.90 for 4 pcs).
The tau fu fah is smooth and nice. If you love creamy stuff, you are sure to like the bubur cha cha from this restaurant. The bubur cha cha has 3 types of sweet potatoes (yellow, violet and red) and also banana in it. The sweetness is just nice for me.
The
vegebox (chye kuih) is not bad but the chili is a let down. Overall it is nice to dine in such an ambient surrounding. There are also some kiddie’s tables there to keep your kids occupied so that you can enjoy your meal peacefully.
