Making Pork Burger from Leftover Lobak (Five spiced meat rolls) Fillings – Recipe

My daughter helped me to wrap the lobak (five spice meat rolls) and ended up with some leftover fillings...............

Therefore instead of throwing it away I thought it would be a good idea to try making pork burger with it.

The lobak fillings have a mixture of ground pork, turnips, carrots, corn flour, pepper, Chinese parsley and five spice powders in it. In order to bind all the ingredients together I added an egg to the mixture. It would a good idea to add breadcrumbs in the mixture as well but I do not have it in stock. Well, the pork burger certainly turned up nice because my kids finished all of them as soon as I got them out from the frying pan! A good supper meal for my kids! LOL!
