Singapore East Coast Park Beach

After having the tasting lor mee (braised noodles) at Toa Payoh we drove East to our hotel to check in. We decided to drive to East Coast Park to have a casual walk by the beach there. I love this well kept and organised beach front. East Coast Park has a long stretch of sand and tarred pavement for bicycling.

There are many people fishing on this long jetty. Next time I would bring my fishing rods along!

A good weekend crowd at the East Coast Park seaside.

My kids rented bicycles to cycle along the tarred track by the seaside.

Then we came across a very enterprising proprietor selling sand castle plastics mould. Many visitor bought these moulds and were busy building their sand castles.

Oh, oh, this boy is going to destroy the sand castles.......

They even sell little figurines for you to decorate your sand castles.

A wizard....or maybe Gandalf of Lord of the Rings fighting with a giant winged lizard....lol!

Opps, stomach hungry again.....we just walk over to East Coast Lagoon Food Village which is a very big food court selling many varieties of hawker fares......yum yum....., stay tune to find out what we ate there!
