Mini Pork Meatballs Recipe

This is a good way to get kids to eat some vegetables. You can hide finely chopped vegetables in the pork meat balls and they would not notice them. In order to enhance the taste a little bit, use pork with a little fat on it. However lean meat would just be fine as well.

Ingredients
Minced pork, 250gms
Onions, 1 large pc, chopped finely
Pepper, ½ teaspoon or less
Carrots, ½ pc, chopped finely
Corn Flour or Tapioca flour, 3 teaspoons
Egg, 1 pc, lightly beaten
Worcestershire sauce, 1 teaspoon
Salt to taste

Mix all the ingredients together. Use a spoon to make an oval shape batter. Heat up wok and put in oil for deep frying. Deep fry the pork balls until golden brown. Taste good with steamed rice. It can also be used to cook ‘Kolo Yoke’ (sweet and sour pork) dish!

My missus can make terrific meat balls - minced pork plus some mined prawns, chopped Bombay onions...and got add a bit of 5-spice powder.... Very nice! Sometimes, also cook with sweet and sour sauce. BUT have to wait, see when she's in the mood! Hahahahahahaha!!!!
