Pizza Galore -Going Ga Ga over Pizza!

My kids and I have had lots of fun making pizza together. Actually the dough is rather easy to make. All you need is time for the yeast to work and make the dough rise. I would normally knead the dough around 6 pm and let it rise for around 3 hours. After dinner I would prepare all the toppings and it just takes me 20 minutes to bake one pizza in the oven. I am still experimenting with various ingredients to perfect my skills in making pizza. Hopefully, one day you will see Papa Peteformation Pizza franchise outlets all over the places......ha ha ha, dreams, dreams.......LOL! I have made many types of pizza ever since I started blogging one and a half year ago. Recently, I started making cheesy crust pizza, just for a change. These are some of the pizza that I managed to take photo of. Roast Chicken Hawaiian Hula Hula Pizza and Beef Sausage Thin Crust Pizza (http://peteformation.blogspot.com/2009/05/super-longhey-what-is-that-pizza-recipe.html)

amazing and delicious. I think a lot of people here buy the crust and then put their toppings. One of these days I should try making it from scratch.
