Simple Lemon Sauce Grouper Fish Recipe

My kids are getting a little bored eating deep fried or steamed grouper, so I need to introduce some new taste into my fish dishes. My little toddler is not so choosy when it comes to eating fish but my other older children are rather choosy nowadays. After deep frying the grouper fish cut, I made some lemon sauce to go with it. Actually the lemon sauce is almost the same one as the one used for lemon chicken. Anyway, the dish turned out quite well and I got my kids to eat fish again! LOL! Ingredients Grouper Cut, 3 pcs Rice Flour, corn flour, Wheat Flour, equal portion to coat the fish Pepper, a dash Salt to taste Lemon juice, from 1 lemon Lemon Rind, a few strands Sugar to taste Vegetable oil for deep frying Coat Grouper cut with the flour mixture, pepper and salt. Deep fry the fish in hot oil until it turned golden brown. Drain away any excess oil and arrange the fish on a serving plate. To make the sauce, heat up wok and add in the lemon juice. Add a little water, sugar, lemon rind and salt to taste. Bring to a boil and thicken the sauce with a little corn flour water mixture. Pour the sauce over the deep fried grouper. Garnish with lettuce and parsley before serving.

This sounds so good! I love pairing lemon with fish and the idea of coating it with rice flour is knew to me; I will use it from now on, since I always have rice flour in the pantry for puddings!

My kids don't like fried fish, they prefer steamed and grilled. Anyway, let's get your recipe a try...!
