Quickie Bacon Omelets and Scrambled Eggs for Breakfast - Recipe

Instead for just frying bacon and eggs separately as usual, I decided to fry all of them together with some onions. To be honest, actually I was trying to safe some time and have a quick breakfast. I used some of the eggs mix to make omelets and some to make scrambled eggs, just to try out which one taste nice. I think I like the scrambled one more than the omelet!

Ingredients
Bacon, 3 pcs, cuts into bits
Eggs, 3 pcs
Pepper, a dash
Soya sauce, 1 table spoon
Onions, 1 pc, chopped finely

Break eggs and put in mixing bowl. Add bacon and onions. Put in the rest of the ingredients and beat the mixture with a fork. Heat up non-stick pan and put in some vegetable oil. Pour a ladle full of eggs mix into the pan. Cook for a while and then fold the eggs and turn it to make a half circle omelet shape. To make the scrambled eggs, heat up a little oil in the wok and pour in a ladle full of eggs mixture. Use the spatula to break the egg in the frying pan and fry for a short while. I used these omelet and scrambled eggs to make sandwiches!
My yummy breakfast!

I would love that...but I prefer my scrambled eggs creamy - with milk (and sometimes cheese) added.

that would be better eaten with rice or put grated cheese with the scrambled eggs for a tastier egg dish =)
