Roast Long Beans Pork Rolls Recipe
This dish makes great finger foods for party. It is a good way to get your kids to eat green vegetable. The Roast Long Beans Pork Rolls is easy to prepare and the cooking time required is short.
Ingredients
Pork Loin, 250 gms, sliced thinly. (Makes around 13 slices)
Barbecue sauce, Hickory flavour
Soya Sauce, 1 tablespoon
Pepper, ½ teaspoon.
Long beans, 3 pcs, cut into 3” length
Tomato, cut into large pieces
Marinate pork loin with barbecue sauce, soya sauce and pepper. Roll the pork around 3 pcs of long beans and use a tooth pick to hold them together. Put a piece of tomato above the pork roll. Preheat oven to 200 Deg C and roast for 15 minutes. Brush with a little barbecue sauce before serving. Taste good with garlic chili sauce!
Note : You can also use bacon in place of the pork loin. In fact, bacon will taste very much better!

Can we use ham slices for this? o.O
Cleff : Sure, you can you use ham slices. Make sure you oil the baking pan, or else the ham will stick onto it. Happy cooking!
