Pomelo Raisins Salad
Pomelo (Citrus Maxima) is a fruit from the citrus family and it normally grows to a size of a soccer ball. The pomelo is a native fruit of South East Asia; also known as Limau Bali (Bahasa Malaysia & Indonesia), Buoi In (Vienamese), Som O (Thai), youzi (Chinese) and Suha (Tagalog, Philippines).
I bought this pomelo from the market and it was a bit sour. Since it was not tasty there were some leftovers. I used it to make pomelo raisins salad. The pomelo taste good when mixed with raisins.
Ingredients
Pomelo, remove skin and break flesh into large chunks
Raisins, 1 small box
Thousand Island Salad Dressing or Mayonnaise
Put the salad dressing onto the pomelo and raisins mixture. Mix well and serve.
Pomelo fruit with outer skins removed.

Hey! 1st time I've seen people cut pomelo like that! Even better to put on head and use as marine/soldier's helmet...the way we used to when we were kids. LOL!!!
LOL... when I was younger, I used to eat pomelo with thick soya sauce and sugar. Very nice!
