Penang Roti Tapai Biscuits

Don’t let the looks of the biscuit deceive you. This is actually a very tasty biscuit and I think it is quite popular in the northern states of Malaysia. Not many bakeries are making this type of biscuit anymore. I bought a packet of Roti Tapai Biscuits from Chai Leng Park, Butterworth wet market recently. It has a nice aroma and taste a bit sweet. Dip it in a cup of hot coffee, the result......yummy! So, remember to grab a packet of Roti Tapai whenever you visit the Malaysian northern states. Yummy, aromatic Roti Tapai Biscuits...................One packet RM2 only!
