Simple Recipe – Super Quickie Turmeric (Kunyit) Chicken (Halal)

This dish is very easy to prepare and best eaten hot. The Kunyit (turmeric) Chicken goes down well with Nasi Lemak. Ingredients Chicken, ½ bird, chopped into small pieces Kunyit Powder (turmeric), 3 table spoons Salt, 4 teaspoon or to taste Corn Flour, 1 teaspoon Marinate chicken with turmeric, salt and corn flour. Deep fry the chicken in hot oil until it turned golden brown. Best eaten when it is hot and crispy! PS Thank you Cleffairy and Calvinfor this award. Now, I have an idea for a new recipe using Butterfly flour. LOL

LMAO... Pete... I think my husband got kinda sick of me cooking ayam kunyit, because I cook it at quite an alarming frequency. One of my favorite dishes because all i nid to do is rub the chic with kunyit and salt, den dump it into oil! Very nice to makan with plain rice. Even nicer if there's some fried potatoes to accompany the dishes. :-P

PTP : Sometimes better to cook at home after having too much outside food. But, I am real lazy to wash the dishes. Ha Ha.
