Ingredients
Beef cuts, tenderloin would be great
Marinate
Light soya sauce, 2 table spoons
Worcestershire sauce, 1 teaspoon
Oregano, ½ teaspoon
Thyme, 1 teaspoon
Cinnamon, ½ teaspoon
Pepper, to taste
Salt to taste
Corn Flour, 1 teaspoon
Lemon juice from ¼ lemon
Sauce
Use the leftover marinate, add some butter and thicken with corn flour mix with water. You can also add onions to this sauce. Marinate the beef overnight or for at least 1 hour. Put some olive oil in frying pan and fry the beef steak to either medium rare or well done. I prefer it to be well done as I am not used to eat medium rare steak. Pour the sauce on the steak and served with fresh green salads and potato wedges.

Wow...you certainly have been doing a lot of cooking! Haven't had beef for a long time. Can't get fresh beef here...and the imported stuff - only good for curry and stew. Australian, no less. Others may have some horrible smell, like those from India - they say!
STP : Ha ha, thing we do for the kids. I have tried out Indian beef, actually the beefy smell is ok but the meat is a bit tough. Have to simmer for a while to soften.
Wow. It looks yummy! Lucky Ben =)
Wah, very ang mo style of breakfast :) Good for Ben
Poisonkagero : Too heavy for him. I ate the leftovers!
Pei Pei : You know lah, he likes Japanese food and Western food. Like ang mo, don't like durian also!
